Principal Consultant - Data / Tech

Description

• Lead client consulting and advisory engagements—including business case development, platform modernisation, integration strategy and implementation support
• Apply Project Management, Change Management and advisory capabilities across a portfolio of Banking / Financial Services clients
• Support new business development efforts and prospecting activities across the Financial Services landscape
• Drive brand awareness and represent IQ as a trusted partner in the industry
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and colleagues to understand, meet and exceed customer needs

• Banking / Financial Services industry experience 
• A background in technology leadership, including platform replacement or modernisation, technology roadmaps, architecture choices and integration strategies
• Broad knowledge of technology trends, products and solutions within Financial Services
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver against strict project timeframes and governance standards
• Experience across the software development lifecycle and familiarity with multiple delivery methodologies
• Proven experience in sales and business development, including meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets
• Strong BD capability, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving pipeline growth
• Demonstrated ability to build networks, generate new business, and deliver against clear sales and performance targets
• Strong team collaboration skills and demonstrated leadership qualities
