Sales Representative (Rentals)

Forklogic (Proudly part of the Adaptalift Group) is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team based in Somersby. This role is focused on building relationships, generating opportunities and growing our short-term rental business across our fleet of materials handling and access equipment. You'll be backed by a supportive team, strong brands and a manager who understands what it takes to succeed.
  
About The Role:
You'll spend your time on the road meeting customers, identifying opportunities and growing your territory through proactive business development activities.
Success in this role comes from building relationships, understanding customer applications and matching the right equipment solution to their needs.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Prospecting, cold calling and generating new short-term rental opportunities
• Conducting regular customer visits and building long-term business relationships
• Preparing quotes, following up opportunities and closing deals
• Understanding customer applications and recommending suitable equipment solutions
• Working closely with rental and operational teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes  

About You:
You're a motivated sales hunter who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and building a pipeline from scratch.
You will bring:

• Proven Sales Success –Experience in an on-road sales or business development role.
• Equipment Understanding –Ability to match equipment solutions to customer needs.
• Industry Exposure – Capital equipment, construction, access equipment, materials handling or similar.
• Relationship Builder – Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-Starter – Comfortable prospecting, cold calling and winning new business.
