OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED 3 DAYS A WEEK 9AM TO 3PM

TFB Hire is an established and growing temporary fence hire business with its head office in Milton.

We are looking for an employee to work as part of our admin and accounting team with an immediate start.

The role will be three days a week - 9am to 3pm.

The role is office based (no work from home)

Location: McDougall St, Milton - parking provided

The main duties of the role are but not limited to:

• Communicate with clients regarding upcoming hire contract end dates and obtain instructions
• Preparation of invoices using our accounting package
• Update internal systems with contract changes
• Follow up overdue accounts
• Provide general administrative support to the Business Owner

What we are looking for.

• Exceptionally strong administration skills – organised, precise, and accurate
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive
• Excellent communicator (phone and email)
• Experience with an accounting package an advantage, but not essential
