Daily responsibilities include welcoming clients, conducting consultations to understand scalp and hair concerns, recommending appropriate treatments, and delivering services in line with company protocols and brand standards. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, managing appointment schedules, accurately recording client notes, and supporting the broader team with customer service and occasional reception tasks.
