40 Hours over 6 days a fortnight (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday)

About You:

You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programs and also comfortable with learning new technology to make difference to our residents' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing!

• Previous experience in a similar position as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable
• Previous experience in dementia care is highly desirable and understanding of dementia-related behaviours, communication strategies and relationship-based care will be highly regarded.
• Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing), is a minimum requirement for this role 
• Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent or Cert IV in Ageing and significant demonstrated Lifestyle experience
• Hold a current driver's licence and be willing to drive the Residence bus as required
• First Aid and CPR Certificates (practical in person training)
