Senior Piercer – Robina

We’re looking for an experienced, qualified Piercer to join our beautifully curated AUPP Certified Robina studio. Combining technical expertise with a creative eye and passion for jewellery, you’ll create safe, considered and beautifully personalised piercing experiences for every customer.

*Please note: This is a part-time role, working 17.5 hours per week across Thursday-Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service, including piercing consultations, styling advice and aftercare guidance.
• Share technical expertise, care and placement advice with the Retail and Customer Care teams to ensure consistent and accurate customer guidance.
• Manage appointments and consultations efficiently, ensuring a smooth and considered customer experience.
• Maintain the studio to the highest standards of hygiene, safety and regulatory compliance, including piercing equipment and processes.
• Uphold brand integrity and company values through considered decision-making, professional conduct and a commitment to safe and responsible piercing practices.
• Capture customer insights and trends to inform future product and collection development.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 4 years’ professional ear-piercing experience.
• Genuine passion for jewellery, styling and creative curation.
• Relevant Skin Penetration and Infection Control qualifications advantageous.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Strong understanding of safe piercing, hygiene and compliance.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and studio standards.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Resourceful, adaptable and accountable within a fast-paced environment.
