Andie’s Thirroul is looking for an experienced and qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

We’re a busy, well-regarded venue focused on quality produce, well-executed dishes and a professional, supportive kitchen environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, a calm and focused approach to service, and the ability to work confidently across the kitchen.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ professional chef experience

• Chef qualification is essential

• Strong pasta experience is essential

• Hot and cold section experience is essential

• Proven experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen

• Confident with preparation, service and daily kitchen operations

• Strong knowledge of food safety and Work, Health and Safety

• Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure

• Organised, reliable and able to work well as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and kitchen professionalism

• Ability to lead by example and support junior kitchen staff

• Experience with bread doughs and in-house baking is a bonus.
