YM hair&beauty We're looking for a qualified Hairdresser to join our salon team on a full-time basis. You'll deliver cutting, colouring and styling services to our regular and new clients, working closely with our small team of stylists to maintain the consistency and quality our clients expect. You'll take real ownership of your client relationships and the finished result. Benefits Annual salary: AU$75,000 – AU$85,000 + Superannuation Task & responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care and styling requirements
• Examine hair and scalp condition and recommend suitable treatments
• Shampoo and condition hair using professional salon products
• Cut and shape hair using scissors, razors and clippers to achieve the desired style
• Colour, tint and bleach hair, including foil and balayage/AirTouch techniques
• Apply solutions to permanently straighten, relax or curl hair
• Blow-dry, style and finish hair for everyday, event and bridal looks
• Fit hair extensions and attach hairpieces where requested
• Provide head and scalp massages as part of hair treatments
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation and salon environment Qualification & experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience working as a qualified hairdresser
• Demonstrated skill across cutting, colouring and modern styling techniques, including foils and balayage
• Sound working knowledge of hair and scalp treatments
• Confident, professional client consultation skills
• Availability to work across our salon hours, including some weekend and Sunday shifts
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished result
• Reliable, well-presented and able to work independently and as part of a small team
