Final Trim Grader Driver

BM Webb Industrial Property are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Driver to join our civil construction team. This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a grader to achieve precise final trim levels.

• Read and work from site plans and UTS / GPS/machine control systems.

• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.

• Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew.

Requirements:

• Proven final trim grading experience.

• Relevant grader operator tickets/licences.

• Experience with UTS / GPS machine control preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment. Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
