Ventia delivers the Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract (SRAPC), maintaining and improving one of Australia’s busiest road networks. Due to increased workload, we’re hiring a Site Engineer to deliver essential maintenance and minor projects across this critical network. What You’ll Do

As the Site Engineer, you will take ownership of pavement‑focused works across the SRAPC network, with the need to work night shifts on average once a week.

Key Responsibilities Are

Deliver pavement projects including asphalt re‑sheeting, stabilisation and concrete works. Conduct site scoping, measurement validation and resource coordination. Manage tactical maintenance activities and minor capital projects. Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews. Ensure project outcomes meet time, cost and quality requirements. Prepare daily site reports and to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
