The Role
As a Speech Pathologist in our Northern NSW team, you will focus on strengths-based, evidence-based practice to help participants achieve their goals.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
Impactful Therapy: Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way across home, school, and community settings.Clinical Excellence: Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.Leadership (For Experienced Clinicians): Providing mentorship and clinical supervision to junior clinicians.Compliance: Ensuring all services meet current NDIS requirements and standards.
