Wingboy is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Penrith location! If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love supporting a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff

• Ensure smooth service and exceptional customer experiences

• Assist in managing inventory, costs, and sales targets

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in restaurant

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Positive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

• Must have the correct visa to work in Australia

• Must hold First Aid certification
