About The Role
Norco are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join the team at our busy milk processing factory in Labrador on the Gold Coast. Employment will be on a Casual basis, including day, afternoon, night and weekend shift work. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operator experience and will be motivated and committed to a career in food manufacturing.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
Sound understanding of work place health and safety and the ability to work in a safe mannerPrevious experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment highly desirableUnderstanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirementsDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and advanced problem solving skillsThe ability to work in a team environmentWillingness to work shift work and rotating rostersAbility to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrated punctuality and reliabilityAbility to accurately complete paperwork with good attention to detailSound communication, literacy and numeracy skills and computer skillsUnderstanding and commitment to continuous improvement activitiesDisplay behaviours that are consistent with Norco Co-operative’s values of Authenticity, Agility, Diversity and Connection.
