About the role

Anita Gelato is expanding!
We’re excited to be opening a brand new store in Blacktown in around 4-5 weeks, and we’re currently looking for Team Members & Shift Supervisors to join our growing gelato family.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a new opening from the ground up. Successful candidates will start training immediately in our existing stores ahead of the opening, so you’ll be fully confident and ready when the new store launches.

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading the team on shift, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the high standards Anita Gelato is known for.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience is a big plus)

• A positive, bubbly personality and strong customer service skills

• Good availability (including weekends)

• Ability to lead a team and handle a fast-paced environment

• Long-term visa, permanent residency or Australian citizenship
