KingKira Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a major Total Waste Management contract, including negotiations, operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and financial performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery across multiple Pilbara locations.

Are you a driven Contract Manager with a background in waste management, logistics, or industrial services? KingKira Group is looking for a commercially savvy leader to take full ownership of one of our major Pilbara contracts — from client relationships and compliance, right through to fleet, people, and financial performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the full lifecycle of the contract — negotiations, mobilisation, and day-to-day execution.
• Provide Leadership to your operations team consisting of Operations Managers, HSE Advisors, Supervisors, leading Hands, and Operators.
• Managers, HSE Advisors, Supervisors, Leading Hands and Drivers/Operators Provide Leadership to your operations team consisting of Operations Managers, HSE Advisors, Supervisors, leading Hands, and Operators.
• Managing collection, transport, recycling and disposal operations, including scheduled servicing and ad-hoc work requests
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, with regular travel to site to review performance and present updates
• Preparing and presenting monthly reports covering safety, diversity, commercial performance and contract KPIs
• Overseeing a large fleet of trucks and yellow gear, ensuring compliance, maintenance and asset performance targets are met
• Managing contract financials, budgets and cost performance in partnership with the Management Accountant
• Championing a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement across every site

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing large-scale contracts, ideally within waste management, logistics, transport or resources/mining services
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence managing budgets, KPIs and client reporting
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing sizeable, multi-site teams
• A solid understanding of HSE legislation and a genuine commitment to safety
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage confidently with clients and Directors
• Willingness to travel regularly to Pilbara sites.
