warehouse team leaders (inventory control & inbound receive)

Location, Hours & Compensation

These roles operate on a 4-day, 10-hour shift roster, giving you 3 days off a week!

• Location: Mickleham, VIC

• Shift Times: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

• Inbound Dock Roster Options: Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday

• ICQA Roster: Wednesday to Saturday

• Pay Structure: Paid hourly + applicable weekend penalty rates + overtime (OT).

Role 1: Inbound Receive Dock Team Leader

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the facility's receiving operations, ensuring that freight is processed safely and efficiently.

• Direct Floor Operations: Lead a large team of associates in the daily unloading, receiving, and routing of inbound freight.

• Drive Productivity: Monitor shift metrics in real-time, removing roadblocks and balancing labor to meet strict volume targets.

• Champion Safety: Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines on the dock.

Role 2: ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Team Leader

In this role, you will be the guardian of the facility's inventory accuracy and operational quality.

• Lead Quality Initiatives: Oversee daily cycle counts, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure quality standards are met across the fulfillment center.

• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate inventory discrepancies and defects, utilizing data to identify and implement corrective actions.

• Process Improvement: Coach associates on quality metrics and collaborate with other departments to reduce defect rates.

• Proven leadership experience within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center or large-scale logistics hub.

• A strongly metrics-driven mindset with the ability to analyze shift data and adjust workflows on the fly.

• Experience with strict SOP adherence and a culture of continuous improvement.
