Office Manager / Administration Manager

We are seeking a suitable candidate to join our busy office based in Castle Hill on a short term contract role for 3-6 months with possible further extensions.

This position covers a very broad range of tasks:

• Onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate staff records

• Managing the main central email for all incoming emails

• Managing the companies policies and procedures in SharePoint

• Providing support to the busy service team

• Ordering stationery and staff uniforms

• Arranging vehicle servicing

• Managing client compliance platforms

• Reporting directly to the Operations and General Managers and providing personal assistant support when needed

• Updating our Simpro software platform
