We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist based in either Melbourne or Sydney to join our Digital team and support the continued growth and performance of Wolverine Brands at The Accent Group, including Merrell and Saucony.
As an eCommerce Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day trading and optimisation of multiple brand websites, ensuring products, campaigns and digital experiences are delivered seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and optimise product content across multiple eCommerce sites including product setup, imagery, descriptions, categorisation and SEOExecute seasonal launches, campaigns and promotional activity across digital channelsBuild and maintain landing pages, homepage updates and onsite content to support key trading momentsPartner with Merchandise, Marketing and Brand teams to ensure campaigns, products and promotions are delivered accurately and on timeMonitor site performance, customer behaviour and conversion opportunities using analytics tools including GA4 and Looker StudioIdentify opportunities to improve customer experience through site audits, CRO initiatives and UX enhancementsSupport A/B testing, experimentation and optimisation projects to drive conversion improvementsManage website merchandising including product hierarchy, search, navigation and onsite experienceOwn reporting across key eCommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, sales and product performanceProvide insights and recommendations to support trading decisions and digital growth
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
3–5 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital trading or online retailExperience managing eCommerce platforms such as Fontis, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento or similarStrong understanding of website merchandising, CMS management and digital content optimisationExperience using analytics tools including GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or similarUnderstanding of CRO principles, A/B testing and customer journey optimisationConfident communicator with the ability to collaborate across Digital, Marketing, Merchandise and Brand teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong reporting capabilityBasic understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO fundamentals and website troubleshooting is highly desirable
