Fencemakers – Fence & Gate Installer (Full-Time or Subcontractor)
Location: Malaga, WA

Fencemakers is a long-established manufacturer of aluminium and steel tubular fencing and gates, proudly servicing clients across the Western Australian market. Based in Malaga, we've been operating for over 30 years and continue to grow. We're now looking for reliable, skilled Installers to join our team, working primarily across the Perth metropolitan area.

The Role

We offer flexibility in employment structure and will tailor the arrangement to suit the right candidates. Positions are available either as full-time wage-based employment or subcontracting roles.

For Subcontractors:

• Flexible schedule available 7 days a week

• Must supply your own vehicle, trailer (suitable for transporting product), tools (including a core drill)

• Must hold valid public liability insurance

• Daily workload scheduled by management and collected from our Malaga workshop each morning - enough work to keep you busy full-time

• Fortnightly payment terms

For Full-Time Employees:

• Monday to Friday schedule

• Pay commensurate with experience

• Vehicle, trailer, tools, and insurance provided by Fencemakers, or bring your own ute and be paid a vehicle allowance

• Daily workload scheduled by management and collected from our Malaga workshop each morning

• Fortnightly wages paid, including standard full-time entitlements

Trainee Opportunities

No experience? No problem. We welcome motivated applicants without direct industry experience who are willing to start as trainees. You'll receive hands-on training from our experienced installation team to build your skills in a supportive environment.

About You

We're looking for individuals who:

• Are physically fit and capable – this is a hands-on, physical role

• Have a trade background (preferred)

• Have experience installing fencing and gate products (preferred)

• Are reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in quality workmanship

• Must have valid Australian work rights
