About the Role: Due to an increased workload, we are actively seeking three (3) new team members to join our Coopers Plains branch on a full-time, permanent basis. Specifically, we are looking for one (1) Sheet Metal Worker and two (2) 2nd Class Welders to cover our afternoon and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Performing sheet metal work and 2nd class welding duties (MIG and TIG welding) to manage the increased production workload.Safe manual handling and utilizing a forklift for the movement of materials and finalized products.Reading and interpreting production drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.Collaborating efficiently during afternoon or night shifts to ensure production targets are safely met.

About You

Proven experience as a 2nd Class Welder or Sheet Metal Worker.Experience with MIG & TIG Welding.Current and valid Forklift Ticket (Essential) or wiling to obtain.Capacity and willingness to work a dedicated afternoon or night shift schedule.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Ability to work independently as well as communicate effectively within a team environment.
