Our medical services are continuing to grow, with excellent results from our PRP hair regeneration and cosmetic treatment programs. We are now looking for a dynamic, passionate and confident Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our expanding team.

This is a genuine fly-in, fly-out position. The successful candidate will be based primarily at our East Melbourne Clinic but will be required to fly interstate to our Adelaide, Newcastle and Hobart Clinics as part of the regular roster outlined below.

We will provide full training, therefore experience as a Cosmetic Injector is not essential. 

Position Details

• Salary: $37–$38 per hour

• Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday

• Location: Primarily East Melbourne, with regular interstate FIFO travel

• Start: Immediate start

• Employment: Part-time

• Interstate travel: 3 out of 4 Thursdays each month

• Flights & accommodation (if applicable): Fully covered by the company

• Travel time: Paid from the airport to the clinic and return

• Uber/Taxi: Reasonable travel expenses reimbursed

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Cosmetic Nurse Injector to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the position primarily based at our East Melbourne Clinic.

Our typical roster is:

• Thursday: Rotating between East Melbourne, Adelaide, Newcastle and Hobart

• Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm – East Melbourne

• Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm – East Melbourne

Interstate travel is a mandatory part of this role. The Thursday interstate shifts are a minimum of 4 hours, with flights and accommodation arranged and paid for by the company. The Thursday shift at East Melbourne will be 10am till 5pm.

We also recognise your time spent travelling. Travel time from the airport to the interstate clinic is paid and the same on returning to Melbourne Airport, and reasonable Uber/taxi expenses are reimbursed.

The Role

As our Cosmetic Nurse Injector, you will play an important role in delivering our growing medical treatment programs, including:

• Performing PRP treatments for hair regeneration

• Providing exceptional client consultations, education and ongoing support

• Managing and developing your client base

• Maintaining high standards of clinical care and patient experience

• Managing consumables and completing stocktakes

• General clinic administration and support

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to all relevant professional standards

• Working collaboratively with our broader medical and clinical teams

• Delivering of facial aesthetic treatments

The results from our existing treatment programs have been excellent, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in PRP hair regeneration.

As our medical division continues to expand, there will also be opportunities to become involved in additional medical treatment programs.

You will also provide administrative and clinical support to our Manager of Medical Services & Clinical Research when required, providing valuable exposure to the broader medical side of our business.

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for a dynamic, personable, clinically confident and enthusiastic nurse who is genuinely interested in learning and developing their skills.

You may already have experience in cosmetic nursing and injectables, or you may be an experienced nurse looking to develop your skills in the exciting field of hair restoration and aesthetic medicine.

We will provide full training, therefore experience as a Cosmetic Injector is not essential.

Mandatory Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration and relevant nursing qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience is essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Professional presentation and exceptional client service skills

• Flexibility and willingness to undertake regular interstate fly-in, fly-out shifts

• Availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday
