About the role
Catholic Homes is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Home Care team on a casual basis.
Our growing Support at Home program helps older people live safely and independently in their own homes. Services are tailored to individual needs and may include clinical care, allied health, personal support and assistance with daily living.
About you
You embody Catholic Homes values of love, hospitality, excellence and joy, and are motivated by helping older people maximise their independence, mobility and quality of life through person-centred assessment, support and intervention.
In addition, you will have:
A Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy)
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A genuine interest in improving the quality of life for our clients
A roadworthy and registered vehicle and current driver's licence
Current National Police Clearance
Experience working in Aged Care (desirable)
