About the role

We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff member to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a busy team helping us deliver great food and great vibes to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking tasks
• Washing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
• Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
• Receiving and storing deliveries
• Running Smooth Service
• Following food safety and hygiene standards

About you

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential – we provide training)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Weekend and evening availability is essential
• Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
