Job Description
Craig Cook The Natural Butcher is currently looking for an experienced retail Butcher Shop Manager with excellent salary and uniforms supplied to join our teams at Broadway Shopping Centre.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in running a volume store and setting rosters with staff to store expectation and must have vast experience in value adding and display ability.

The successful applicant will receive uniforms and excellent salary attached with a bonus system based on successful sales, wages control, meat percentage and cost control.

The roster will be a five day week roster. once successful adjust accordingly with our supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Previous management experience in retail butchery

• Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent trade qualification

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Leadership is highly regarded
