We are currently looking for a passionate, experienced Beauty Therapist to step into an exciting Salon Trainer role at our Springfield Salon. This role is an opportunity to shape, inspire and elevate a team of Beauty Therapists within a supportive environment. Working closely with the Salon Manager, driving the success of the salon by mentoring and developing a team of 10-15 therapists.

Our salon trainers are the foundation of our success, ensuring every client experience and treatment standard is nothing short of exceptional. Applicants must have a strong beauty therapy background with extensive skin knowledge, and outstanding treatment and client care standards.

Qualities we hold in high regard :

• Strong background in Beauty Therapy

• A natural leader who loves mentoring and developing others

• Experience delivering exceptional treatment and client care 

• Certificate 4 Trainer and Assessor (an advantage but not necessary)

• Impeccable presentation and grooming

• Strong product/retail Knowledge 

• Exceptional organisational skills

• High energy, professional and genuine passion for the industry
