The Business Development & Production Coordinator will work closely with the founder of Project Tuesday to help grow the company's client base, develop new creative opportunities and support the production of projects as they arise.
The primary focus of the role will be client outreach, relationship building and business development, with the opportunity to take on additional hours for producing and project coordination work when Project Tuesday projects are secured.
This is intended to be a hands-on role suited to someone who is creative, proactive, organised and experienced in the commercial and production side of the creative industry ideally but not limited to fashion work. It's an exciting opportunity to be apart of a bold growing production company from the ground up.
Project Tuesday is a film production company working across fashion, commercial and music video spaces. We partner with brands, agencies, and creatives to deliver work that is deliberate, visually refined, grounded, and built with intention from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & OutreachResearch and identify potential clients, brands, agencies and creative partners.Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.Conduct personalised email, Instagram and in person outreach.Follow up with existing and prospective clients.Identify upcoming campaigns, launches and creative opportunities relevant to Project Tuesday.Help develop strategies for approaching prospective clients.Maintain records of outreach, responses and opportunities.Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Client CommunicationAssist with initial client enquiries and correspondence.Schedule meetings and calls.Send portfolios, treatments and other Project Tuesday materials.Help prepare proposals, pitch materials and project information.Keep the founder informed of active leads and opportunities.
Project DevelopmentAssist in developing promising leads into potential projects.Research locations, crew, equipment and other production requirements.Assist with treatments, decks, budgets and schedules.Coordinate information between clients and the Project Tuesday team.
Additional Production / ProducingWhere projects are secured, the employee may be offered additional casual work assisting with producing and production coordination.This may include pre-production, crew coordination, location coordination, scheduling, call sheets, client liaison and shoot-day support.Additional production days will be agreed separately according to the requirements of each project.
The casual arrangement can then be continued if it's working well, with the possibility of increasing the amount of work as Project Tuesday's workload grows.
