About The RoleThe Building Regulations Officer is a vital role within the Planning, Environment and Regulation Directorate. This position focuses on delivering customer-centric building and planning services, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include conducting Building Information Certificate assessments, offering technical advice on development control matters, and collaborating with various professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
