We are seeking experienced Production and Development Bogger and Remote Operators to join the Mako team.

These positions require self-motivation, drive, and the ability to manage multiple skills. The ideal candidates will be proactive and forward-thinking, with a strong capacity to foster a culture of inspiration, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Even time, work-life balance, 14:14 roster FIFO from Perth.

Essential Criteria

• Must have full working rights in Australia

• National Police Clearance

• 4+ years’ mining experience

• 1-2years operating experience

• Current and Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence

• Adhere to WHS policies and procedures

• Recognised RPL achievements

Advantageous Criteria

• Remote bogging experience highly advantageous 

• Safe Working at Heights

• First Aid Certificate

• Current & Valid Dangerous Goods Security Card

• Confined Space

About You

You must be self-motivated, with a can-do, will-do attitude, to work within a small and effective team. Your success depends on your integrity, dedication, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

You will have:

• Extensive knowledge of safe work practices and techniques applied in underground mining.

• Methodical approach to completing tasks, well organised and the ability to work autonomously.

• Capacity to think laterally and work through obstacles with sound communication, both verbal and written.

• Experience with working in production and development crews or operating in this environment (i.e. stope drilling, charging).

• 1300, 1700 and 2900 experience.

• Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain successful working relationships.

• Respect and understanding of confidentiality.
