Reception and Attendance Officer

This ongoing administration position is located at the St Paul's Campus in Altona North.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Recording  and following up attendance at the St Paul's campus.
• Reception Duties for visitors and those calling the College.
• Provide Services for students at their Reception Desk.
• Support the general office.

Emmanuel College is increasing in student numbers. We are a two campus College, our St Paul’s single sex boys Campus located in Altona North and our co-educational campus located in Point Cook.

Salary: 

This role is a Category C, Level 2 position in accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA). 

Expectations of Successful Applicant:

- Must maintain a current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.

- Previous experience in a similar receptionist role.

- An understanding of child safety and a school’s obligations concerning child safety.

- An ability to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- The ability to work within a team.

- A willingness to accept policy directives.

- Commitment to Catholic education in the Marianist tradition.
