Blue Iris Support Services is seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Support Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or emerging leader looking to develop their skills in case management, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and NDIS service delivery.

As a Junior Support Manager, you will receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing support while building the skills required to progress into a fully autonomous Support Manager role.

About the Role

Working closely with our experienced leadership team, you will:

• Manage a developing caseload of NDIS participants.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families, guardians, and stakeholders.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and case reviews.
• Assist with support plan reviews and risk assessments.
• Monitor participant outcomes and service delivery.
• Support incident management and follow-up actions.
• Conduct participant and property visits.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.
• Support workers through mentoring, coaching, and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and case notes.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and leadership development activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working within the disability, community services, mental health, or aged care sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Confidence in building relationships with participants and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and quality documentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently while seeking support when required.
• A commitment to person-centred service delivery and participant outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Current Queensland Driver Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
• Working With Children Check (Blue Card).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Competent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of the NDIS and disability support environment.
