ABOUT THE ROLE

Howard Porter is currently seeking an experienced Plasma Operator predominantly located and assisting in (1) the Plasma cutting area.  

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE

• Able to program a Farley plasma cutting machine 

• Sorts out parts and pieces and preparing for jobs, 

• Maintaining a clean local work area, 

• Assisting in the inwards, outwards and stock control of parts and pieces,  

• May drive and operate fork truck.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful person should have the following:

• Expereinced with Plasma cutting machines,

• Be reliable and have a good work ethic,

• Positive, friendly and helpful attitude,

• Ability to learn new systems and procedures, 

• Able to work in a team environment with the commitment to continuous improvement

• Fork truck license (LF) - DISIRABLE.
