Bomboras and The Kyn are part of an established and growing hospitality group based on the Surf Coast of Victoria and extending out to the Sunny Coast of Queensland. The group is made up of a diverse and vibrant collection of venues, including Pholklore, Bomboras, Love House, The Kyn and The Rove

Each of our venues has its own distinct identity; from various styles and dining experiences, but all value creativity, quality, and innovation.

About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for passionate and talented Chefs to join our growing culinary team at Bomboras and The Kyn. Our venues are located on the stunning Torquay Esplanade, right opposite the beachfront.

Bomboras (Full time and casual) the role is predominately a breakfast and lunch position, with a very flexible roster to achieve a real work /life balance. This is a rare opportunity in the hospitality sector, offering a fantastic work-life balance.

The Kyn (Full time and casual) Wednesday to Sunday lunch and dinner services in mid to high end Middle Eastern offering

If you enjoy creating fresh, high-quality dishes in a relaxed coastal setting and want consistency in your schedule, these are the perfect opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional kitchen team. Relocation allowance is available for the right candidate, making your transition seamless

What we’re looking for:

• Skilled and motivated Chefs with a strong passion for food

• Experience in fast-paced and high-turnover venue

• Excellent attention to detail and experience in high-quality kitchen environments

• Creativity and willingness to contribute to menu development

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A commitment to consistency, presentation, and excellence
