An opportunity exists for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a busy and well-established general medical practice.

We are seeking a professional, friendly and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient service.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Previous experience working in a general practice or specialist medical practice.

• Experience using PracSoft and MedicalDirector (highly desirable).

• A thorough understanding of Medicare billing and appointment scheduling.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

• A professional, compassionate and reliable approach.
