General Labourer (Restoration)

Location: Sydney, NSW

Pay: $33.85/hr + Super + Overtime + Company Vehicle after training

When: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced team, you'll assist with restoration works across residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mould and storm damage. Every day is different, with work taking place across various sites throughout Sydney.

Following the successful completion of your training period, you'll be provided with a company vehicle and phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing water, fire and mould restoration work
• Property cleaning and contents handling
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Travelling to job sites, alongside your supervisor during the training period
• Providing excellent customer service on site

What We're Looking For

• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Ability to pass a National Police Check and pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening
• Previous restoration, construction or labouring experience is highly regarded
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
