Property Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and approachable team player who brings dedication, loyalty and a strong ability to follow established company processes and routines.

The role on offer is for a full-time commercial Property Manager.
This is a Monday to Friday position based in our Noosaville office.

You will be working as part of a supportive team which includes a Property Management Associate and Trust Accountant.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Managing a commercial property portfolio in accordance with legislative requirements

• Liaising with owners and maintaining relationships

• Market / rent reviews

• Negotiation of lease renewals

• Lease assignments

• Managing maintenance and rental arrears

• Lease expiries

Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Experience in property management 

• Current real estate licence

• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable motor vehicle

• Knowledge of relevant Acts

• Attention to detail

• Ability to multitask

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent computer skills and computer literacy including intermediate Excel experience

• An understanding of commercial and retail leases and previous experience using Cirrus8 would be looked upon favourably

• Ability to listen and to follow procedures

Remuneration:
Will be subject to skill level and experience.
