Craigieburn Sporting Club is seeking an experienced, creative and motivated Chef de Partie to become a key part of our friendly kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy bistro and function environment where quality, teamwork and growth are valued.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef

• Prepare, cook and beautifully present à la carte dishes for Fairways Bistro

• Create dishes that cater to dietary needs and food allergies

• Monitor stock levels to ensure smooth service

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards

• Mentor and support junior team members when required

What We're Looking For:

• Genuine passion for food and hospitality

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• Proven Chef de Partie experience in an à la carte kitchen

• Minimum 2+ years of Chef de Partie experience required

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings and weekends

• Availability to work mixed day and evening shifts as part of rotating schedule

• Immediate start available

• Valid Australian work rights required (including work visa holders)
