Domain Consultant - Education

ITSM Corp. is a world leader in Infrastructure Management Services and Global Services. ITSM Corp partners with Camu, an integrated Student Information System (SIS) and Learning Management System (LMS) designed to manage the complete student lifecycle through a unified digital platform.
Camu is used by educational institutions across multiple countries and is now expanding its presence in the Australian K–12 education market, with an initial focus on Victoria.
We are seeking an experienced education professional to provide deep domain expertise on school operations, workflows, policies, technology ecosystems and user expectations, helping our Product and Engineering teams localise and fine-tune Camu for Australia schools.
The Role
The Domain Consultant will act as the voice of Australian schools within Camu's product development process.
You will work closely with ITSM Corp and Camu's Product, UX, Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams to:
• Understand how Australian schools operate in practice. • Identify gaps between Camu's existing functionality and Australian school requirements. • Recommend product enhancements and localisation requirements. • Validate proposed workflows against the Australian school perspective. • Help prioritise features for the Australian market. • Review terminology, processes and user journeys. • Advise on integration requirements with Australian education systems. • Help Camu understand the needs of principals, teachers, administrators, students and parents. • Support product demonstrations and customer discussions where required.
The role is not primarily a sales role. Its purpose is to ensure that Camu is genuinely designed around the needs of Australian schools rather than simply adapting a generic SIS/LMS.
