Governance Specialists ensure compliance, accountability, and robust decision‑making structures across complex infrastructure projects for our clients. You will oversee adherence to internal and external governance requirements; ensure project processes and controls comply with company (client) policies, regulatory standards, and audit frameworks; prepare governance documentation; support audits and reviews; and promote best practice in project governance.
Your work strengthens project integrity and ensures transparent, defensible decision‑making.
About You
Essential:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent industry experience
Excellent technical skills in governance, compliance, and process management
Strong writing skills, including the communication of technical information in plain English.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility, willingness to learn new processes and skills, and the capability to work independently.
