About the Role:

Are you a versatile operator with a strong safety mindset and experience across mining and civil construction projects? We are looking for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of key infrastructure and resource projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a variety of heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, rollers, scrapers and haul trucks.

• Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting equipment issues.

• Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project targets.

• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid plant operator tickets (RIIMPO or equivalent).

• HR or MR driver’s licence (desirable).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mining or civil construction.

• Solid understanding of WHS practices and site procedures.

• Flexibility to work across different machines and tasks as needed.

• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
