About the role
A hands-on brand builder for a growing market
We're looking for a creative person who makes things happen. A brand builder, who is strategic and commercially minded and loves telling a great story across content, campaigns and retail. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow an already successful small business (part of a larger group) and work in a truly cohesive and talented team.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting new brand and range to be launched that follows in the footsteps of some large global retailers, so tried and tested, but early enough that there is ample opportunity for market share and substantial growth. We pride ourselves on strong design and a quality product, at great price points and have a long and successful track record of delivering results for some of Australia's and one of the world's largest retailers. We are excited to be using our expertise to develop and grow a brand that has so much potential. The product and the timing are right.
About You
You will have a degree in marketing or communications and bring 3–5 years' experience in brand marketing, social/content, or retail marketing, with experience working on start-ups in fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods.
Your strong writing skills and content creation capability for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, AEO/GEO and Google Ads have produced great results. You understand retail sales and Amazon would be a bonus.
A passionate campaign planner, you are strong on execution and have solid experience from concept through to delivery.
