Territory Manager

About the role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing the Western Australian territory, driving sales and strengthening Coolamon’s presence across the state. You won’t just be selling chaser bins – you’ll be out there building relationships with farmers and dealers, attending field days, getting to know the WA agricultural market and representing quality Australian-made machinery that farmers trust.

Key responsibilities

• Growing Coolamon's sales presence throughout Western Australia

• Building strong, long-term relationships with farmers, customers and dealers

• Finding new opportunities and turning them into sales

• Looking after existing customers and dealers and delivering exceptional aftersales support

• Getting to know our machinery inside and out and confidently demonstrating our products

• Attending field days, agricultural shows and industry events

• Keeping your finger on the pulse of the WA agricultural market, customer needs and competitor activity

• Working closely with the General Manager and wider Coolamon team to achieve sales targets and continue growing the brand

About you

• Proven sales, account management or business development experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A natural ability to connect with customers and dealers

• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven approach

• Confidence working autonomously and managing your own territory

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills

• Agricultural industry experience – highly regarded

• Agricultural machinery knowledge – even better

• The ability and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia
