Travel Reservations - Call Centre Consultant

Discovery Campervans, a thriving online travel agency, seeks a self-motivated and sales-driven individual to join their on-site team in Springwood QLD! 

While experience in travel or sales is a plus, we also value your drive to learn! In this role, you'll be a multi-tasking whiz. From assisting clients with booking their dream road-trip, to navigating booking engines and handling phone calls, emails, and live chat simultaneously. Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and make outbound calls – it's all part of creating exceptional customer service!

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Become a campervan booking guru! You'll be the client's trusted advisor, guiding them through choosing the perfect campervan and ensuring their road trip dreams become reality.

• Be a master of communication, providing exceptional service via phone, email, live chat and whatsapp.

• Leverage your organizational skills to handle administrative tasks like payments, amendments & more.

You're a great fit if you:

• Love selling: Bonus points for sales experience and having previously met targets and KPIs!

• Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude: You bring a can-do attitude to every interaction. You're a team player who believes in the power of collaboration.

• Are organized and detail-oriented: You have a knack for keeping things on track and accurate, ensuring a smooth booking process for our clients.

• Learn new software quickly: You're comfortable adapting to new computer systems and online tools, plus have the ability to talk and type at the same time.
