About the role
Hours: 5–10 hours per week (Flexible / Hybrid – Remote with occasional site visits)Location: Melbourne area preferred Contract Type: Independent Contractor with a view to full-time employment as the network scales. About Us:We are an emerging, premium Skin and Wellness franchise currently operating 4 active locations. Focused on high-end treatments, exceptional client care, and specialised wellness services, we have a clear vision for national growth. We are looking for a foundational operations partner who wants to get in on the ground floor, steady our current network, and scale with us into a part time-full-time executive role. The Opportunity:Because we are managing our cash flow carefully during this growth phase, we are starting this role as a lean, part-time contract (5–10 hours per week). This is a true "Contract-to-Hire" position. Your immediate mission is to stabilise, standardise, and protect our current 4 locations, with the explicit goal of transitioning this into a permanent, full-time or part-time Operations Manager role as our footprint and revenue expand. Immediate Priorities (First 30–90 Days): Compliance Audit & Fix: Review our current 4 clinics to identify, prioritise, and resolve immediate operational compliance gaps (including brand standards, treatment protocols, staff issues, revenue drops). Location Stabilisation: Partner closely with our 4 current operators to streamline daily spa processes, improve operational consistency, and ensure a premium client experience. Process Documentation: Help us refine and tighten our operational manuals and compliance frameworks so they are easily repeatable for future locations. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or premium retail/hospitality networks. Experience within skin clinics, beauty retail, wellness, day spa or allied health franchises (e.g., Laser Clinics Australia, Silk, Endota, or similar) is highly regarded. A "builder" mindset—someone who enjoys fixing messy processes, creating structure, and managing risk. Strong communication skills to constructively guide, coach, and support our 4 current operators whilst building and maintaining relationships. Comfortable starting on a lean, part-time basis with a focus on long-term career growth.
