About the role

We're looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Rhodes office, 5 days a week, to help keep our operations running smoothly. You will play an important role in supporting our occupational rehabilitation team and helping us deliver responsive, high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.
This opportunity would suit someone with administration experience in occupational rehabilitation, allied health, workers compensation or a similar service environment who understands the importance of accurate case administration, timely follow-up and effective stakeholder communication.
What you’ll be doing:Coordinating day to day admin and business support tasks, including meeting rooms, schedules, and correspondence.Receiving, reviewing and processing new referralsManaging appointment bookings, patient or client records, and follow up communications.Providing friendly, professional service to colleagues and visitors.Following up on tasks to keep things on track and deadlines met.Handling sensitive and confidential information with care, including patient or client records.Using your tech skills in MS Office and practice management or scheduling software to support reporting, scheduling, and communication.Keeping records accurate and processes running smoothly.Spotting small improvements to make admin tasks easier and more efficient.
What we’re looking for:Previous administration experience in occupational rehabilitation, allied health, workers compensation, insurance or a related fieldComfortable managing patient or client information with discretion and accuracy.Experience with HICAPS is highly regardedStrong customer service and communication skills, including handling sensitive conversations with care.Organised, detail focused, and reliable.Tech savvy with confidence using MS Office and practice management systems.A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others.
