Senior Personal Trainer / Head Coach

We are recruiting across Sydney for experienced trainers who are ready to become a Head Coach now—or have the potential to grow into the role.

As a Head Coach, you will continue operating your own PT business while working closely with your Regional Fitness Manager to support and develop other trainers.

Your focus will include:

• Supporting trainers before they commence.

• Coaching new trainers through their first 90 days.

• Helping with business setup, lead generation and client acquisition.

• Conducting regular development and accountability sessions.

• Mentoring trainers through business and operational challenges.

• Building a professional, positive and high-performing PT culture.

• Providing feedback and updates to the Regional Fitness Manager.

• $0 weekly licence fee while actively fulfilling the Head Coach role.

• Access to an established club and member lead opportunities.

• Support from an experienced Regional Fitness Manager.

• The opportunity to grow your own PT business.

• Genuine coaching and leadership experience.

• A potential pathway into future PT management or regional leadership roles.

The role generally requires an average commitment of approximately 10 hours per week, balanced alongside your own PT business.

You are:

• An experienced and commercially minded Personal Trainer.

• Passionate about mentoring and developing others.

• Professional, organised and dependable.

• Confident providing feedback and holding people accountable.

• Experienced in lead generation, sales and client retention.

• Ready to lead by example.

Previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Strong trainers who are not yet ready to become a Head Coach may be considered for a development pathway into the role.
