About the Role
The PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
This role will play a key role in project governance, reporting, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication across complex technology implementation projects.
You will support activities including project planning, progress tracking, risk management, meeting coordination, reporting, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities across enterprise technology implementations
· Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and project documentation
· Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
· Coordinate communication between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
· Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
· Track project deliverables and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines
· Support change management, process documentation, and implementation activities
· Assist with project governance processes, including reporting, quality management, and compliance requirements
· Identify potential risks and issues and support mitigation planning
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced technology delivery environment.
You will ideally have:
· Experience in PMO, project coordination, project administration, or business operations roles
· Experience supporting technology implementation projects or digital transformation initiatives
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports
· Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Highly Desirable
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be highly regarded:
· Automotive finance, banking, lending, leasing, or financial services industries
· Core banking, loan origination, credit decisioning, or lending platforms
· Enterprise software implementation projects
· Agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks
· Experience working with international teams and clients
