About The Role

As Multi-Site Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores across QLD, empowering Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.

You'll coach leaders, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performance culture that reflects the Nude Lucy & Stylerunner brand. Working closely with the Regional Leadership team, you'll identify opportunities for growth, elevate team capability, and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Need

3+ years' experience managing multiple retail stores or in an Area/Multi-Site Manager roleA proven ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing Store ManagersStrong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and KPI successPassion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner brandExperience managing payroll, stock, shrinkage, visual merchandising, and operational compliance across multiple locationsExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into actionA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for people developmentFlexibility to travel regularly throughout New Zealand

Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of high-performing Stylerunner & Nude Lucy stores across QueenslandMentor and support Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellenceDrive commercial performance through KPI accountability, customer experience, and team capabilityAnalyse business performance to identify opportunities and implement action plans that deliver resultsEnsure consistent execution of visual merchandising, brand standards, and operational processes across all locationsRecruit, develop and retain exceptional retail talent while building succession pipelinesPartner with Regional Leadership to execute strategic business initiativesMaintain high standards of compliance, health and safety, and operational excellence across all storesFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, confidence, and continuous improvement
