Graduate of Architecture

A well-established Melbourne practice is seeking an experienced Graduate of Architecture to join its collaborative, stable team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a studio as a true all-rounder, from masterplanning, schematic design, town planning and then drive it through the delivery phases of projects in REVIT.

The opportunity

You’ll join a studio with a strong team culture and a genuine commitment to learning & development of their team. The practice supports emerging leaders through regular workshops, external leadership & technical workshops and hands-on holistic project experience, giving team members the autonomy to take ownership of their work and projects with proactive support.

You’ll work across a broad project scope, including:

• Master planning, schematic design and early-stage studies

• Town planning documentation

• Design development and construction documentation

• Coordination with clients, builders and consultants

• Revit-based project delivery

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 3–5 years of postgraduate local experience (essential)

• Progress toward architectural registration, or interest in registering in the near future

• Strong professional Revit capability

• The confidence to pick up the phone and speak with client representatives and consultants

• Experience in both design and project delivery

• A proactive, personable and team-focused approach
