This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll support customers with accurate parts advice while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

This is a rare opportunity to relocate to Cairns and join a supportive, growing team.

Whether you come from automotive, retail, trade, or mechanical backgrounds, we provide training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers identify and source the right parts
• Processing sales, orders, and enquiries
• Picking, packing, and dispatching parts
• Supporting stock control and inventory
• Working closely with your team to keep the branch running smoothly

Customer service mindset
Interest or experience in automotive, parts, or trades
 Strong communication and attention to detail
 A hands-on, team-first attitude

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Parts, automotive, or mechanical experience
• Exposure to trucks / heavy vehicles
• Forklift licence
