The Role
This position is for an Awake Night Shift Supervisor. Starting at 9.30pm at night you will be on duty until 8.30am. Active night shifts in our boarding setting plays a crucial roles in ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of students during the lights out period.
Experience working with young people, following operational procedures, and adhering to safety and emergency protocols will be highly regarded.
Residential Supervisors are responsible for maintaining appropriate behaviour standards in accordance with Department and college policies. You will also support students to be prepared for their learning program, oversee residential routines and facilities, and assist in the coordination and supervision of out-of-school-hours activities.
